**Hiring Rates** $40per hour for regular hire (Once a week) $60per hour for casual hire (meetings etc - no party) $80per hour for casual hire (party) $300 for daytime hire (meetings etc - no party) $400 for daytime hire (party) $450 for weekend evening hire plus $100 to guarantee no bookings on the same weekend **Other Fees** $100 for cleaning $100 refundable security bond $50 cancellation fee is charged up until 2 weeks prior to the booking date.
