YMCA HQ Gig Space is a fully equipped event space in central Leederville, adjacent to the Leederville train station and with ample parking.  The space is suitable for seminars, conferences, live music, launches and workshops.  It is available for hire at an hourly rate with discounts for extended bookings and for community groups and the not-for-profit sector.

The YMCA HQ is a dedicated youth facility with a range of spaces and facility for use and hire by the community.  As well as the Gig Space there is a dedicated Gallery and exhibition space, small cafe and hot desk, co-working space.
