CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTY INFORMATION

Weekend birthday party rates differ to the daily hourly rate - the rates are as follows:

3 hours for 50 guests and under -  $200 (plus GST) plus a refundable $100 security deposit 

3 hours for 51 guests to 80 guests  - $220(plus GST) plus a refundable $100 security deposit. 

The Community Place follows a Good Neighbour Policy and our lease is restricted to activities concluding at 9pm.  Please note that we do not hire for events such as weddings, 18th/21st Birthday Parties etc.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION Week-end Birthday Parties - 3 hours minimum session - set price. Bookings are either for the morning or afternoon session - whole day booking is available. Extra hours can be added to the booking at a cost per hour Bookings requests that go across the middle of the day will be charged at the day rate of $400 - this will give you exclusive access to the building from 9am - 4pm. ALL WEEKEND BOOKINGS WILL BE CHARGED AT THE WEEKEND RATES LISTED ABOVE.
