*****PLEASE NOTE: The hire fees listed on the site are PARTY HIRE fees. If you would like to enquire about rehearsal space hire, please get in touch as the rates are cheaper. No bond required for rehearsals.

Minimum 2 hour hiring fee for rehearsals.
Minimum 4 hour hire fee for parties.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE: Must be left neat and tidy or cleaning fees will apply. If you require a cleaning service, it's charged at $50 per hour and we must be notified at the time of booking that we need to engage a cleaner. $200 Bond IS REQUIRED FOR Birthday parties. Bond can be used for cleaning and surplus, refunded to you once complete. If no bond is required, the Bond will be returned to you within 7 days of hire date.
If any property is damaged, an invoice will be sent directly to the hirer for payment. Must provide your own security for 18th & 21st birthday parties.
