Airconditioned martial arts training facility with high density foam rubber flooring, approximately 250 sqm open plan floor space, mirrors, showers, change rooms and toilets. The venue is available for daytime hire, either casual or long term and is mainly suited to fitness type activies such as aerobics, yoga or workshops as well as some training courses where an open floorspace is required eg, first aid training. The waiting area can be converted into a small sitting area suitable for presentations. We are located on Charters Towers Rd, close to the Townsville CBD.
